How long will my order take to arrive?

• Express Post: 1-4 business days (metro areas)
• Regional/Remote: 2-6+ business days
• FREE Express shipping on orders over $150
• Flat rate $10 Express shipping under $150

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at rusticgirls.au@gmail.com if you need changes. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed but can be returned according to our returns policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel through Australia Post's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia only to provide the best possible service to our local customers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

• 14-day returns window for change of mind (store credit only)
• Items must be unworn with original tags attached
• Sale items (30% or more off) are final sale
• Return shipping costs are at customer's expense

How long are store credits valid?

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on any full-priced items.

What if I receive a faulty item?

Contact us within 7 days with photos of the fault. We'll provide return shipping and either replace the item or provide a refund if a replacement isn't available.

Do you offer click-and-collect?

Yes! You can collect your online orders from our store at Wanneroo Markets during these hours:

• Friday: 9am - 2pm
• Saturday: 9am - 2pm
• Sunday: 9am - 2pm

Select 'Click & Collect' at checkout to use this service. Please wait for our confirmation email before collecting your order.

How does click-and-collect work?

1. Place your order online
2. Choose 'Click & Collect' at checkout
3. Wait for our confirmation email that your order is ready
4. Collect from our store during collection hours (Fri-Sun, 9am-2pm)
5. Bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting

Are the colors accurate in the photos?

We strive to show colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to different screen displays. Contact us if you have specific questions about a product's color.

What if something is out of stock?

Unfortunately, we can't hold or pre-order items. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to be notified of restocks.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to stock turnover, we don't offer direct exchanges. We recommend purchasing the new size/item you want and returning the original for store credit to avoid disappointment.
