Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rustic Girls. We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn't quite right.
Overview
- We offer STORE CREDIT for change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your items (excluding sale items)
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Refunds are only provided for faulty items that cannot be replaced
- We do not offer exchanges due to stock turnover
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
Store Credit Information
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Credits can be used on any full-priced items
- Free shipping is only available when you spend an additional $150 above your store credit value
- Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- Store credits are non-transferable
Return Eligibility Checklist
Your return must meet all these conditions:
- Return requested within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags are still attached
- No marks, stains, pet hair, makeup, or fake tan
- No perfume or deodorant smell
- Item is in original packaging
- Item is not from the SALE section
- Item is not jewelry (due to hygiene regulations)
How to Return
- Email us at rusticgirls.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return form
- Package your item securely (reuse original packaging if possible)
- Include the completed return form with your package
- Send to: Rustic Girls Shop 147, Wanneroo Markets 33 Prindiville Drive, Wangara WA 6065
Important Notes
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for your return - we are not liable for lost packages
- Returns processing takes 2-3 business days from receipt
- Store credit will be issued to the email address used for purchase
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the fault and your order number
- We'll assess the issue and provide return instructions
- Faulty items qualify for:
- Replacement (if available)
- Refund (if replacement unavailable)
- Return shipping costs covered by us
What Qualifies as a Fault?
- A fault must clearly result from a manufacturing issue
- Incorrect sizing does not qualify as a manufacturing fault
- Acceptable manufacturing faults include:
- Open seams
- Broken zippers or buttons
- Broken elastic loops
- Fabric puckering
- Items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe to be considered faulty; otherwise, issues may be deemed as general wear and tear
Non-Returnable Items
- Jewelry items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty
- Sale items marked down 30% or more are FINAL SALE
- Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE
Sale Items
- Items purchased during storewide sales can be returned for store credit within 14 days
- Items marked down 30% or more are FINAL SALE
- Each sale event will clearly state return eligibility
